PRODUCT INFORMATION
Ready-to-use, 5% food-grade white vinegar is a versatile kitchen staple, suitable for food preparation, cooking, preserving and cleaning applications. Organic and biodegradable solution for safe multi-purpose use and disposal.
Food Preservation: Essential for tested recipes in water-bath canning, including pickles, relishes, chutneys, and salsas.
Food Pickling: Industry standard strength for both water-bath canned pickles (shelf-stable) and quick or refrigerator pickles. Be sure to follow a tested recipe exactly.
Drain Cleaning: For fast-acting, mild drain cleaning, mix the white vinegar with Sodium Bicarbonate to create solution.
Household Cleaning: Can be used neat in a spray bottle for multi-surface cleaning. Remove dirt, grime and grease on hard surfaces and glass, for a crystal clear shine.
DILUTION INFORMATION
Food Preservation: Use neat.
Pickling Solution: Use neat, unless recipe instructs.
General Cleaning: Mix 1 part product with 1 part water.
